Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to window and exterior cleaning services provided by B's Windows & Exterior Cleaning (“we”, “us”). By booking a clean with us you agree to them.

1. Quotes & pricing

Quotes are based on the information you give us and may be adjusted after we have seen the property — for example if access, height or the condition of the surfaces differs from what was described. We will agree any change with you before starting work. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

2. Booking, access & rescheduling

• Please make sure we have safe access to the areas to be cleaned (gates unlocked, vehicles moved, pets secured where needed).
• For external work we may need to use an outside tap; we’ll let you know in advance if so.
• Outdoor cleaning is weather-dependent. If conditions make the work unsafe or ineffective, we may reschedule to the next suitable date.
• If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us as much notice as you can.

3. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We will tell you the accepted payment methods when we confirm your booking.

4. Our work & your property

• We take care to carry out all work safely and to a high standard using methods suited to the surface.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing faults — such as failed window seals, loose or rotten frames, cracked glass, blocked or damaged guttering or defective fixings — that may become apparent during cleaning. We’ll let you know if we spot anything of concern.
• Please tell us in advance of any windows, fittings or surfaces that are fragile or need special care.

5. If something goes wrong

If you’re not happy with any part of the work, please contact us within 48 hours of completion and we’ll put right any reasonable issue. Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the work in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
